I got Motorola Roadster as I like to listen to music/audio-books/news during the commute. After using it for couple days, it seems to the best investment I have made till date in phone accessories. The ordering from Amazon and delivery was as usual prompt. The box contained the Roadster unit, a car charger, and a quick-start user manual. This is where I deduct half a star from my review, as it would have been great to include a USB cable that can be used with car as well as USB wall -chargers. Anyways, my Droid wall charger worked perfectly with this and the initial charge took a few hours.
Once in the car, the voice guided pairing with my Motorola Droid 2 was a breeze and the device was in business in less than 20 seconds. I was amazed by loudness and clarity of the Roadster's speaker. It could easily be heard over road noise and the hum of the car's fans. Switching to FM was easy as pushing a button. Here again, I deduct half a star as in the first attempt to scan it could not find a clear FM frequency and the FM transmission was not very clear. However, after manually surfing the crowded FM airwaves, I was able to find the right frequency and stunningly clear music streaming from Pandora filled my car.
The call quality is very clear over both internal-speaker and FM, so a big plus for that. People could hear me loud and clear at the other end too. After syncing with my phonebook, it was also able to announce the name of the caller very well for incoming calls. The controls are fairly intuitive, but it is worth reading the manual, so I won't recommend skipping it. The unit is very compact, only slightly bigger than a sticky pad - the pictures almost do not do justice in this area. It seems to be solidly built as well. The only thing I am unsure about is the cloth covering the speaker. I will have to see how that stands the test of the time.
Overall, I am very happy with the purchase, and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

I was looking for a nice bluetooth so I could play music from my phone I tried a few like the t505 which wasn't bad at all but I really like the look of this plus I love that fact it shuts off and on by itself when you leave and enter your car overall its not bad it does take a little patience to find the right channel for the fm station to play the music from your phone but when you find it it works great just don't think you getting cd sound its good but not that good but its clear far as talking on the speakerphone no complaints everybody hears me nice and clear but overall does the job

Great item, but has a few quirks. It appears to cut itself completely off after a day or two in the car without a bluetooth connection. That's not a bad thing, but you have to turn it off and back on to get it to come back on, or sometimes I even have to plug it into the car charger for a few seconds then it will turn on.
